 Another request drawing, this time, for Rin_Shinobu (The Tragedy Jar's) character Petya! Petya is a 9-year-old use was used as a human test subject in a secret laboratory creating people with superpowers (or something to that effect, if I recall correctly.) The experimentation performed on her is the cause of the tattoos that cover her body, which produce and channel electricity for various purposes, particularly for creating a bow made of pure energy. She has a knack for amassing many animal followers, but that is just her love-of-life attitude at work, and unrelated to her having superpowers at all.
